Public Adjuster

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and evaluate insurance claims for residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of property damage. 
  • Negotiate with insurance companies to secure favorable settlements for clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the claims process.

Qualifications:

  • State-adjusting license (required).
  • Previous experience as a public adjuster or in the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Claims Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist public adjusters with claim preparation and documentation. 
  • Organize and manage client files.
  • Communicate with clients and insurance companies regarding the status of claims.
  • Help maintain records of settlements and payouts.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. 
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the insurance or claims industry is a plus. 

Estimator

Responsibilities:

  • Assist public adjusters with claim preparation and documentation. 
  • Travel to loss locations to assess damage. 
  • Complete full damage reports and loss valuations. 

Qualifications:

  • Xactimate certified. 
  • Fire, Smoke, Water, Mold Restoration certified. 
  • Experience in construction, and building code. 
  • Prior experience in the insurance or claims industry is a plus.
